IDAPO Jollof Sauce is a rich tomato and pepper base for jollof rice, made from tinned tomatoes, red and sweet pointed peppers, onion, scotch bonnet, garlic, ginger and a blend of spices. Fry it into rice, and it carries the depth of a slow-built jollof base.
Each 300ml jar makes approximately 3–4 servings of jollof rice, depending on portion size.
